Warranty Certificate

Thank you for purchasing your used vehicle from us, we hope it gives you many miles of trouble free motoring for years to come.

Please note this is our own Troops Guarantee not an insurance policy.

Our guarantee covers everything for X Months / or X 000 Miles whichever comes the sooner, both parts and labour.

WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:

1. All bodywork and paint (except that which is covered by any manufacturers corrosion warranty), water leaks, chrome and interior trim, all glasses (lights, mirrors and windows), wheels and tyres.

2. Items normally covered by routine servicing, top up items lubricants anti-freeze etc. or accepted wear and tear items i.e. wiper blades, brake pads, discs, drums, bulbs and fuses, rubber hoses and drive belts, road springs, shock absorbers.

3. Exhausts, battery and radio cassettes are not normally covered by such warranties but we cover them against failure during the first 3 Months of this warranty.

4. Any item not forming part of the manufacturers original equipment, i.e. Aftermarket alarms, immobilisers, stereo equipment.

5. We cannot be held responsible for failures attributable to accidental damage, abuse or neglect of routine maintenance.

In all cases we will endeavour to be honest and fair in coming to a satisfactory resolution to a problem with your vehicle.

Please Note The Following Conditions. Troops do not include a recovery service as part of our guarantee, we suggest you arrange breakdown cover through one of the major providers e.g. RAC. AA. Green Flag etc.
As this is our personal guarantee any rectification work must be carried out in our own workshop. If for any reason this is not possible any other repairer must get authority and an order number from Mr Rodney Troop before proceeding with any repairs.
