Ability to Adapt

When a family business like ours survives the ups and downs of the modern cutthroat world it can only be for one reason and that is the ability to adapt. Many of our technicians and staff have worked in the business for over 25 yrs and along with the younger members of the team have carried out a wide variety of training courses; during that time they have seen many advances in technology and therefore just as the family have adapted with the times so have our staff.

Loyalty to Our Customers

The benefit to our customers comes from the depth of experience in dealing with any sale or repair that ultimately results in the satisfaction of our many loyal customers. As our slogan say's 'Quality Comes As Standard, Not An Extra' operating with a well-trained, confident and loyal workforce and that can only be achieved in a long-standing family business like Troops.

Customer Service Always Moving Forward

Our advanced customer service computer records all of the information about your car, all work carried out and the service history; which is a benefit when a car is returned to us in part exchange. Service and MOT reminders are posted to customers approximately 1 month before they are due to give you plenty of time to book your vehicle in, reserve a courtesy car if needed or organise collection.

We Keep Our Promises

We offer loyalty discounts if the car is purchased from us and we include this in your reminder – all used cars come with  a minimum of 6 months MOT as Standard, Not An Extra. We can quote a competitive fixed price for any work required and remember our promise.

Troops are a credit broker and not a lender. We are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. FCA No: 672989 Finance is Subject to status. Other offers may be available but cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. We work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase.

We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). A customer may ask for commission disclosure at any time from our initial discussions through to the point when their agreement is set live.
