WARRANTY WITH TROOPS

Warranty at Troops

Many of our used cars and commercials come with the balance of their manufacturer warranty. In the case of Vauxhall and Isuzu we can carry out any warranty repairs in our own workshop.

However, in the case of your vehicle being from another manufacturer it is not our policy to leave you to organise with the appropriate garage in event of a problem. We would always where possible diagnose the fault in our own workshop and organise the repair with the appropriate Dealer and leave you our customer in one of our free courtesy cars whilst the vehicle is repaired.

For vehicles not covered by a manufacturer warranty all our used vehicles are sold with our own Troops warranty. This is a single sheet warranty that is controlled by Troops and not by a third-party company. This gives us total control to look after you, our customer. Our sales team will provide you with all the details at the time of purchase.

WORKSHOP WARRANTY

Our service dept and Accident Repair Centre all have a parts and workmanship guarantee. We hope it is never needed. Full details can be made available on request.
